Get the hang of excavator loading in a minute!
Excavator loading seems very simple, it is the excavation and loading and unloading of earth and stone and other materials into the dump truck bucket. But this is a set of week after week of simple actions, for the product operating efficiency and fuel economy, the impact of new and old hands between the huge difference. If the operation mode is not selected properly, it may even cause safety accidents, so you have to be careful.
According to different scenarios, there are generally three ways of loading excavators: level loading, high platform loading and low loading. Among them, high platform loading is the easiest and low loading is the most difficult.
High platform loading
High platform loading: the excavator is in the high place, the dump truck is in the low place. This way saves energy, oil and efficiency, and the driver should give priority to it.
The most important thing is to repair the platform in time, so that the platform and the dump truck car height is the same. At the same time, the position should be adjusted in real time to ensure that there is a certain distance between the two. During the operation, attention should be paid to set the track in the right place, stop the body steadily, and clean the platform for backing up in advance.
Flat ground loading
Flat ground loading: the excavator and dump truck are on the same plane. It is very important to choose a good position.
Firstly, the excavator and the dump truck are parallel and leave a safe distance to ensure that the dump truck can not be touched in the case of slewing; secondly, adjust the loading and unloading distance: when the angle of the big and small arms becomes 100° just to meet the loading and unloading requirements; furthermore, the dump truck should be parked in the front or the left front, and the excavator should always keep the smallest or smallest slewing angle to operate, so as to achieve the purpose of fuel saving and high efficiency.
Low position loading
Low position loading: dump truck is on the flat ground, excavator is in the lowland. Low position loading is common in digging foundation, dredging and other conditions, poor visibility, fuel consumption, loading and unloading situation is difficult to judge, at the same time, the risk of safe operation is greater, the need to test the operator's ability to operate and judgement, usually more veteran.
When loading the truck in this way, you should try to raise the size of the arm, so that the material is evenly spread. After the material is full, then use the bucket to push the material in the carriage can be flat.
Finally, a few points must be noted:
1. Prohibit the bucket from crossing over the cab of the dump truck or the top of the person when it is full loaded.
2. Avoid the bucket full load when the small arm all outstretched, to avoid turning too fast, resulting in the centre of gravity of the excavator is not stable.
3. Should be cleaned up in time, repair the dump truck lane soil to facilitate the dump truck into the loading position, to prevent dump truck, skidding, stuck in the car and other phenomena. Dump trucks trapped dump trucks rollover.
4. Avoid loading the tipper too slowly, especially on the slope, and use the bucket to "push" the tipper after loading to help the tipper start and prevent the tipper from backing up or stalling when the brakes are out of order.
